Responsibilities
Undertaking daily tasks in Xero cloud accounting system
Sending client expense invoices to ReceiptBank for electronic processing
Processing of invoices from ReceiptBank into Xero
Preparation of expense pay runs, including provision of bank ABA file
Processing of unreconciled bank transactions to the general ledger
Raising client sales invoices as instructed by client relationship team
Preparation and processing of fortnightly wages, including maintenance of employee records
Preparation and processing of employer superannuation obligations
Processing of payroll data electronically to the ATO under Single Touch Payroll requirements
Client debtor management, through the provision of automatic reminders and statements > Preparation of manual journals in Xero
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including the provision of month-end journals
Preparation of financial reports from Xero
Undertaking of any processing with third-party integrated apps
Any other data entry requirements as requested by the client engagement team
