Job Description 

• Candidate must possess at-least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/ Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. 
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance – General Cost Accounting or Equivalent 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting and taxation work for Australian clients, which include:  
• Accurate and timely documentation and recording of financial transactions.
• Preparation of annual financial statements. 
• Preparation of annual compliance taxation returns for individual and corporate clients. 
• Providing administrative support and performing other tasks and projects for clients. 
• Communication in an open and friendly manner with both the Manila and Australian office colleagues. 

Requirements 

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant. 
• Previous audit, taxation, or financial statements preparation for a minimum of 3 years after CPA qualification. 
• Knowledgeable in Australian tax laws and regulations (desirable). 
• Has experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or Quicken. 
• This is also open to Fresh Graduates with CPA license 
• Proficiency with the use of mainstream Windows-bases software packages (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel & outlook) 
• IT Literacy – ability to utilize the internet and other software packages, as well as a willingness to learn and use new software.
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and processing efficiency. 
• Good organizational and data skills. 
• Can work with minimum supervision. 
• Strong English communication skills; both written and oral

Office hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Office Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Arrangement: Onsite for 3 months and Hybrid afterward
