Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monthly bookkeeping and accounting tasks
  • Processing bank transactions
  • Invoicing
  • Update of supplier and customer records
  • Accounts payable data entry
  • Debtor and creditor reporting
  • Inter-entity billing
  • Checking time sheets and leave record administration

 

Qualifications

  • Ideally with AU experience of 2 years or more
  • Proficiency with the use of mainstream Windows-bases software packages (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Knowledgeable either with MYOB or Xero
  • Graduate of accounting related courses
  • Must have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Office hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Office Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Arrangement: Full Onsite
